Hi, I'm Carrie Urdiga
I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and Hypnotherapist trained in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
My work is grounded in both professional training and lived understanding of complex trauma, anxiety, and layered grief. I approach each client with empathy, steadiness, and deep respect for your individual story.
Whatever brings you here, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. Your experiences matter, and so do you.
I provide counselling for complex and layered grief, anxiety, and trauma. I also support individuals who are navigating the emotional impact of a loved one’s struggles, as well as those working through the challenges of difficult or unhealthy relationship dynamics.
Certain losses and life experiences can feel disorienting and life-altering. You do not have to navigate them alone. Together, we can create a steady path forward that feels safe and manageable.
