What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that utilizes hypnosis to help you achieve positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In this method, I induce a relaxed and focused state of consciousness, often referred to as a trance, where you becomes more open to suggestion and guided imagery.


During hypnotherapy sessions, I work with you to explore and address various issues, such as managing stress, overcoming fears or phobias, breaking unhealthy habits, and enhancing overall well-being.

The hypnotic state allows you to access your subconscious mind, where deep-seated beliefs and patterns may be influencing your behavior.


I offer hypnotherapy as an adjunct to traditional counselling methods and can be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. It is a collaborative process where you actively participate in your own healing and personal development.
